How long from when I pay for my order is it shipped?

Most items are shipped within 24-48 hours of payment.

 

Desktop computers (Gaming / Office) are all built to order.

 

Please allow up to 5 business days of payment. But in most cases, system is shipped within 2 to 3 business days. 

Do you test your computer builds?

Yes! Every computer Tech Team builds it put through several tests.

As we build and test your system, we fill out a quality control and sign off form. Your system will come with a printed copy of that form.

We check that all internal parts are secured, connected and working. We test all ports (display outputs, each USB, audio / mic AUX and LAN).

 

We confirm the Wi-Fi is connecting and run a speed test. Then we check the case one last time for any marks or scratches.

 

All systems go through CPU and GPU 1-hour load test and a 12-hour RAM error test.

Do you do repairs?

Yes! If you live in South Australia, we can fix your desktop or laptop. We can also setup your computer, printers, internet and much more.

 

Please note that we currently only service North of the city, all the way out to the Barossa.
