Refund and Return Policy
24 hour dispatch hold
All items purchases over $500 from techteam.shop are held for 24 hours. This is done so you can cancel or modify your order before dispatch.
Change of mind
If you change you mind and want to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at email@example.com or 0450 335 040. Any order within the 24 hour dispatch hold can be cancelled for a full refund inc shipping. Any order after the 24 hour dispatch hold and within 10 days of receiving your order, can be cancelled for a full refund minus shipping charges. Change of mind returns will incur shipping charge.
To be eligible for a change of mind refund, your item or items must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
